Ok so last night I did my first scrapbooking layout in FOREVER for a Circle Journal! I'm not quite done with it...I have one more pic to add then I'll be posting it!!! :-)

Also been REALLY doing the whole Twitter thing today lol I put my Twitter Updates on my sidebar down below on the right, and I've discovered some awesome new people! So I don't really have that much to talk about today. It's a GOREGOUS Saturday morning and I'm working at Creation Science Evangelism I LOVE LOVE LOVE this job!!! Also on the list is laundry!!!

Later this afternoon I get to hang out with two of my favorite guys in the world - Josh and Jay. They just got back from a camping trip they went on last night...the point was to "survive in the wild" lol they literally just went out in the woods and camped and planned to forage their own food and all...HA! lol They're country boys for sure and hard workers so I knew they could at least SURVIVE for a night. Well Josh just texted me and said he rather choose death than forage for food for surivival! LOL my poor boys!! We're meeting later today for me to feed them and baby them as they tell me everything that happened! And Josh and Jay are EXCELLENT story tellers so I'm sure to get an ab workout from laughing so hard!!!

I love my boys! :-)

Ok...for real...I've been gone for a GAZILLION years from the SB world and blogging!! But now...life is hopefully settling down and I'm GOING to get back to blogging!

So updates of the past year???

Ha...so alot of growth...
Just moved to a new apartment with a new roomie whom I LOVE! Perhaps I have finally found a new female friend (finally!). I'll have to post pics soon of my new place! Oh and she has the CUTEST little Pug in the world named Marley...I heart him :-)

So yeah...once my scrapbook stuff is all settled and all I'll hopefully do my first SB layout in about a year *gasp* wow that's blasphemous! A YEAR!??!?!?!

I've also started really working out a few weeks ago and started Weight Watchers too...so hopefully I'll finally get back in to shape and lose all this weight!!

Bottom line....a LOT of life changes lately but they're all for the good :-)

I guess because since graduation my life is pretty boring now. I mean all I do is work it seems. Work. Church. Hang out with Josh.

So I get to drive an hour one way just to take pics....what the crap??? lol oh well I do get to see my family.

Tonight I'm cooking dinner for Josh (for the record we are just FRIENDS...we are not dating in any way shape or form :-p ) and then we're shooting off fireworks!! Why??? Because we can :-)

Yeah...the title basically sums up my last week! I'll just bullet it for everyone:

Monday-late Wednesday Night
-Conference in Atlanta
-Promoted to manager!!!!!
-Learned and came up with my vision statement

Thursday
-Worked a little and helped a couple of clients out which always makes me feel good :-)
-Frantically got ready to go to Washington D.C. on Friday EEK!

Friday
-Ran around like a chicken with my head cut off getting ready for the Ron Paul Campaign for Liberty Revolution March on Washington D.C. WOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-Got the rental vans with the help of my awesome manager!
-Left with 19 dedicated patriots to march on D.C.!!!!

***side note***
A little side note about the March:
One of the most stressful moments of my life! This arrogant jerk who is technically the "leader" of our meet-up group decided LAST MINUTE that he wanted to come to the March that Josh (who is basically vice president of the group) was in charge of organizing the WHOLE time...he knows that Josh is WAY better leader than him but it was a power struggle the whole time with me literally almost punching this guy in the face....yeah fun times. Other than that the March was great

Saturday
-After driving all through the night we got to Washington D.C.
-March on Washington!!!!!!!! (see later posts for pics!!!)
-7 hours in the hot HOT sun which resulted in some sun burn, dehydration, and a few people passing out
-About 15,000 people were there to March!!! WOOO!!
-SAW RON PAUL HIMSELF!!! omg I was freakin out! lol I was about six feet away from him if even that
-Listened to alot of other speakers like Naomi Wolf (who was AWESOME) and some other speakers that at the moment I have forgotten their names :-\
-After March drove all the way back to Florida again

Sunday
-After almost punching Adam (the arrogant jerk) in the face and struggling for all of us to STAY TOGETHER (really how hard is that GEES!!!) we finally made it back home in Florida
-Exhausted, sun burnt, tense from all the stress, horrible blisters on my feet and my body is like "WHAT?!?!"

So was it all worth it????

HECK YES!!!!!!!!

So update from previous post...no IHOP today. It was PACKED. A disadvantage of living in a beachy tourist town on the 4th *sigh* but it's ok. We went to one of those local Ma and Pop breakfast places and it was GREAT!

Well hope everyone's 4th was fantastic :-) First year I haven't seen fireworks lol It was a huge chance of rain over here so we didn't feel like going out. I came over and stayed with my parents..it was good seeing them along with my bro and sis. It's weird being officially moved out because my brother has TOTALLY taken over my old room lol now he has TWO rooms! Ah the joy of being the youngest the little goober :-p

Huge advantage of being home though - free food! We're all going out to IHOP in a few minutes for a brunch. WOO HOO!!! I love their pancakes!!!

After I'll probably chill for a little then go back home and work on my curtains (almost done!!) and also work on this awesome canvas for my house. I'm excited to see how it turns out.

Yeah I haven't posted pics in a while so when I get home I'll have to post some.

Well hello blogging world!!! It's been THREE months since my last post! Good grief!! Can't believe it's been that long!

Since so much has happened since my last post I'll just bullet point everything:

-Moved in to my house (LOVE!) and it's in the process of being decorated. Pics to come soon!!
-Work has been going well, God has been so good. Received four awards so far! Praise the Lord!
-Going to my second conference for work on Monday in Atlanta. Pretty excited because it's kinda like some time off from work lol
-Ron Paul rEVOLution March next weekend! OMG I'm so flippin excited! About 15 of us are driving up on Friday afternoon, driving all the way to D.C., March (See Dr. Ron Paul WOO HOO!), then turn around and come back. It's going to be draining but can't wait to make history!!

Yeah the reason i haven't been blogging is I've just now been able to get internet at my house so hopefully I'll be blogging more as well as scrapping! I've missed it so much but decorating my house has been a blast! Can't wait to post some pics!

good grief! It's been FOREVER since I've blogged! To be honest part of it is due to not having computer/internet and the other part is because I'm just so dang LAZY! *slaps hand* bad blogger!!

Anyhoo :-) It' s been so long since I've blogged I'm just going to give bullet points:

-loving my new job! Praise the Lord I'm doing really well!!!

-just found a place of my own *finally* to move in to and guess what! IT'S A HOUSE!!!!! and it's such a nice house too for an astounding price of rent. Oh and I'm hoping to do it as a rent-to-buy thing. HOW FLIPPIN COOL IS THAT?!?!?!??!

-going on my very first business related conference trip on Monday! Going to the ATL (Atlanta for you non-southern people :-p ) It'll be interesting to see how it turns out but I'm excited to get some awesome training!

Overall things are going great. I'm SUPER excited about getting a place of my own and implement all of my decorating ideas!!!! I also can't wait to start growing my own garden and what not. It's gonna look super cute I just know it lol

is the big day!!

what I've been waiting for for over a month..

my INSURANCE LICENSE EXAM!!!!

EEK! lol I've been studying all day and I PRAY that i pass it tomorrow so I can start work!

My first real job! I'm so excited about it!!!!! I've been so anxious to get all of the dumb paper work and studying and test taking out of the way so I could FINALLY get to work.

Annnndddd then tomorrow after my exam and work???

SCRAPPING TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol even though I have limited pics to work with (because i've had no money to print them out *tear*) I still can scrap what I have :-) I can't wait!!! So hopefully I'll be posting some pics tomorrow!!!!

Well...today is the day I'm finally moving to Pcola! OK, so it's not officially to a place of my own yet but hey it's at least in the right geographic location lol one step at a time

Good grief it has been FOREVER since I've blogged!! So horrible of me :-(

So I'm in need of alot of updates:

First of all I GRADUATED!!!! WOOOOO!!!!!!!! lol even though the day of graduation was rainy and humid (thus my hair looked like CRAP) it didn't dampen my spirits and I was so happy to finally be DONE with school!

So immediately starting job hunting which was an ordeal on its own but I got a job with Bankers Life and Casualty so I've been working on getting my insurance license and training and WOW life has been a whirlwind!
One thing I have learned about the "real world": NOTHING IS FREE!!!! gees everywhere I turn it costs money for EVERYTHING! Fingerprints...license..exam...license application...exam study materials......good grief I think the Department of Insurance in Florida now owns my soul and rights to my firstborn child :-\

lol but other than that I'm super excited about finding a place of my own and actually stepping into this huge next step in my life. Oh and finding a place has been an ordeal too...gees...but it amazes me how God takes care of His children. Things just kept falling through until this past Sunday I was in Ladies Prayer group and I asked that we pray for me finding a place and afterwards my Sunday School teacher's wife came up and said they have a huge house (they have like 6 kids or some large number like that lol) and they have two rooms available and I'm welcome to stay with them for awhile!!! PRAISE THE LORD! I almost wanted to cry because of how God has provided. Lately I've been having to drive an hour one way to work stuff and the gas has been KILLING me! Now to mention my church is an hour away too....

and speaking of church...I joined Victory Baptist and I now have a church family!! May the Lord forever be praised because for the first time I feel like I'm at HOME! The church is just amazing---one of your good ole Bible-believing, soul winning, sound preaching independent Baptist church :-) Already I'm involved in choir and another ensemble and I am just loving all of this. I can't wait to officially be moved over and settled.

So now I'm in the process of packing up some of my stuff so I can move in with that family tomorrow! EEK! lol things are happening so fast I've barely had time to catch my breath! But God has been showing me time and time again how He does provide and meet my needs and I love Him so much for that.

I gotta say, I don't know how people who don't know Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior go through huge life changes like this. There have been several times I've been close to a nervous break down because money being tight and everything going on, but Jesus just reminds me how He has promised He would take care of me and how he'll "never leave me nor forsake me." Praise the Lord!!! :-)

Alrighty, that's all for now. I'll try and keep up with this blog more now that things have kinda settled down lol

Oh gees...I've missed blogging!!! I've been SOOOOOOOO busy this past week!!!! Ok so recap:

Happy belated Thanksgiving to everyone! :-) Mine was pretty chilled although not much of a break.

Wednesday:
-Drove all the way home
-eye doctor's appointment - contact lenses yay!!! took me about twenty min to get them in then they tell me to take them out to put them back in WHAT?!?!?! lol
-got see Josh - wow I have MISSED him!!!!! We watched Shrek 3 and laughed our butts off! LOL omg seriously funny movie

Thursday:
-Drove to the gma's for Thanksgiving with the entire ride over there my dad and I talking about politics and how he's just baffled on how Josh and I can be such close friends but no romantic feelings...it's ok dad we can't explain it either so QUIT ASKING!!!!
-Ate...alot...took a blessed three hour nap afterwards!! yay!!
-Drove BACK to Tally! Got home at about 1am...bed by 2am

Friday
-BLACK FRIDAY!!!
-Work from 6am-2:30pm at Michaels - OH...MY...GOSH
-Didn't think I was really tired so I just decided to have a short hour cat nap when I got home....yeah so 3 1/2 hours later I woke up feeling like I had been drugged lol

Saturday
Worked....again...believe it or not I think it was busier on Saturday than Friday :-\ 9am - 3pm shift

Sunday
church....yayness :-)

Monday
School, work, then stayed up until 4am for the big presentation on tuesday!

Tuesday
-woke up at 7am after going to sleep only 3 hours before hand....finished up on my presenation
gave my presentation in which the professor WALKED OUT ON (yeah long story but he doesn't agree with my presentation although it's extremely well documented and true and plenty of other people agree....what happened to a true education???? not INDOCTRINATION!!!!) so yeah he was RUDE beyond all reason...not to mention he interrupted my presentation rudely asking if i was almost done even though HE NEVER SET A TIME LIMIT....duh...oh yeah he got a very nice evaluation from me
-Worked....again....so tired
-Stayed up until 5:30am working on my Culture Jamming project that was due on Wednesday

Wednesday
-woke up LATE at 10 min till nine and my class is at 9:30...terrific...not to mention I had to pick up pictures from Walgreens for my project and I went to the WRONG ONE and had to go back to the other one GRRRRRR
-thirty minutes late for class but got my project on time!
-Skipped my last class and came home and SLEPT for 5 hours....blessed sleep!
-Church again :-)

Thursday
-School...got to evaluate the rude instructor even though he tried to rush us through our evaluations (yeah not cool) but I stil managed to write him a nice essay that he gets to read not to mention his supervisors ha! ha!
-worked again....so tired
-came home and tried to read for my paper due on Monday....yeah hard to read when you're falling asleep

TODAY
-Got the second interview for Enterprise in Pcola today!!!! WOOOOOO!!!
So I'm getting ready right now for it then I'm hitting the road!
-Oh and I get to see Josh for awhile tonight!!! Gonna watch Spiderman 3, grab some Wendys $1 menu items (bless them for that!) and then go around town at 10pm with about 10 other groups to post signs for RON PAUL!!!!!!
-WOOOOOOOOOOOO RON PAUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone register Republican to vote for Ron Paul in your primaries!!!!!! Google Ron Paul!!!

an ecletic post of randomness

So yeah...this post is gonna be full of random stuff lol not much to talk about but I thought I would blog anyway

So 26 days until graduation! EEK!!!!! I totally can't wait! Literally ALL I have left now is to work on my four massive projects and then two final exams the week before I graduate and then

that's it!

I can't wait...you just don't understand LOL

So graduation means job hunting so I can survive in the "real world" *cue dramatic music* So I've been praying about it...

oh...so can I just say...i don't know how people live life without Jesus Christ as their #1!! I mean it is SO comforting to know that I can place my future in the hands of someone who has it ALL figured out and has my best interests in mind and loves me like woah. HELLOOOO!!!!! It's a peace that is just indescribable!! Saves me SO much worrying (not to mention wrinkles!! haha)

With that said I have my 2nd interview with Enterprise (yes the rent-a-car place lol) on the 30th of November!! It's a three interview process (whew!) so I'm PRAYING that it goes well!! This looks like an AMAZING job! It's for management training program eventually leading into management (duh lol) and I can live where I want and keep my own pace in regards to promotion! Not to mention starting off at 30k a year! Not bad for just graduating! Especially since most of my fellow classmates have NO clue what they're going after graduating! I just praise the Lord for opening up doors for me and just pouring out his blessings on my life!

Um...let's see what else...OH! For one of my massive projects I actually get to make a scrapbook album!!! Yes you heard right...I get to SCRAP for a GRADE!!! LOL I love this hobby! It's for a culture jamming project (LOVE culture jamming!!!!! just google it to find out about the awesomeness of it!) so I'm critiquing how the news media does a PATHETIC job on reporting about politics. So I'm making a scrapbook album to show certain events in history concerning this topic....get it??? I'll post pics when I'm done with it :-)

EEK! it's due next wednesday PLUS another MASSIVE presentation due the Tuesday before...then a term paper due the Tuesday of the following week......AHH! what am I doing blogging?!!??!?!!! LOL So off to work on these lovely little projects. The good thing about most of them is at least I get to be creative *big cheesy grin* Oh how I love being creative!!!!!

Today is one of those days I absolutely DESPISE being a woman. Why???

Emotions

Today I've just been a big basket of depressing emotions. It's actually hard to explain, but if you're a woman then you probably know exactly what I'm talking about. In class this morning I was fighting back tears because I'm upset about being upset!! AHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's ridiculous...it really is.

Although I have to blame myself in a way. The past few days I've seriously been lacking on reading my bible and I know that my days go WAYYYY better when I spend time with God first....and I haven't been spending time with him at all :-(

I was lazy this morning and didn't wake up to read my Bible for an hour like I try to do so I just got in my one Proverbs for today....and it was really this feeling of missing God I really just miss being in His presence. It's the same feeling of not talking to your best friend for a few days...you just miss them. You long to talk to them. You want to spend time with them.

Well...I do have about an hour before I go to class again so I think I'm gonna go find a quiet corner in the library and spend time reading my bible and talking with God. I have a feeling I'll feel WAY better afterwards.

Yep..I'm sitting here eating my frosted wheaties! :-) Great source of fiber and hopefully it'll give me energy throughout the day LOL

Anyhoo....today I have pictures since I'm a graduating senior at FSU (WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *does happy dance*) and it's taken me forever to pic just the right outfit LOL I want these to be good because everyone in my family needs updated pics of me since the last ones they have are three years ago and my hair was HALF the length it is now! yucky

It's that time of year again!! Time to make the Christmas list for all the fam so I don't end up with weird oversized shirts or random misc things I'll never use in my life lol

Since I'm *GRADUATING* this year (WOOOOO!!!) alot of the things on my list are things I'll need for my apartment! :-) I have ZERO kitchen stuff hence why that's the main things I asked for lol

So I LOVE Pampered Chef! omg it is just AMAZING stuff!!! Check it out here if you don't know about it!! So these are the things I want from Pampered Chef:
1) Classic Scraper
2) Rectangle Stone
3) Tool Turn-About
4) Large Round Stone

and also I've been dying for a sewing machine and I found the perfect one I want!!! So yay for no more handstitching for hours on my scrapbooking layouts!! Also i want to start making my own clothes and do other creative things...oooo like quilts!!!!
Anyhoo it's a Brother XL2610 and it has so many adorable stitches!!! Here it is!

And now the other stuff on my list:
-Toaster *with FOUR slots please!!*
-Pots and Pans
-Silverware -forks, knives, spoons
-Dish towels/wash rags
-Plates *you can never go wrong with a solid color like white or a very pretty pale green*

-If anyone would just like to supply me with paper towels or paper plates I will more than happily accept them :-)
-If Mema can find those amazing 300 count thread sheets on sale again those would be AWESOME.. you can never go wrong with white or cream colored
-MONEY *the green stuff...oh yes..*
-NO CLOTHES WHATSOEVER!!! the only thing is PJ pants and that's IT! NONE...ZIP...ZERO... NADA!!

So yeah we'll see what all kinds of goodies I get! I'm SO excited about getting my very own place all to myself!!! It's gonna be SO much fun to decorate! lol ideas are already popping into my head!!!

Very Narrow

Life is full of decisions. Some easy, some hard.
Some happy.
Some painful.
Some sad.
Some bittersweet.

but decisions have to be made everyday.

I know this narrow path I have chosen is where God wants me to be. The only way I can be in God's perfect will and my relationship with God healthy is walking down this path.

But....I'm not gonna lie. Sometimes it hurts and sometimes I am sad. Looking back at pictures I sometimes miss the friends I had.
Tears.
Pain.
Longing.

Sometimes I want to quit. Sometimes I'm weary and tired of this constant fight. Alot of times my prayers are sent up to God with tears streaming down my face and my knees aching from kneeling before God's heavenly throne for so long.

Then that still quiet voice comes. The voice that speaks peace and comfort to my heart. The voice that dries away my tears and tells me everthing is going to be ok.

Finances cue death march

ok...one word that will ALWAYS make me cringe...*FINANCES* ugh...just the sound of it sounds horrible...or worse yet *BUDGET* no wait...worse than anything else in the world...i mean the hell of finances..*DEBT*

i hate debt....does anyone like it????? I don't...it's of the DEVIL!!!!! lol

so basically the past few years I've dug myself an financial GRAVE...no pit would be a good word....the Grand Canyon of all financial holes.

ok....so maybe not THAT bad considering there are people out there in thousands and thousands of dollars worth of debt (i pity you...i REALLY do), but on a ratio scale with me being in college and not working that much and living off of my parents wealth (tis a great thing lol) I've acquired alot of debt (ok.....so the majority of it is because of scrapbooking...so it was at least fun acquiring all that debt ;-) )

my best friend ever, Josh, is helping me dig through and out of this financial mess I have created for myself. This past month has been SUPER tight and through a night or two of wanting to scream obscenities to the ceiling, throw my phone out the window, and/or rip Josh's head off I am FINALLY beginning to climb out of this hole. Budget setting isn't fun but I'm starting to see how less stressful my life is about to become and I am SOOOOOOOO looking forward to it!!!!

So...a mini budget is set into place for now until I can meet with Josh in a couple of weeks to set up the "final" big budget....and yes we will be allotting money for scrapbooking (DUH!) lol

*deep breath* this CAN be done! Hopefully this time next year I will be COMPLETELY out of debt and actually have money in savings (*gasp* novel thought for me). First and foremost I am SO grateful that I have my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ beside me every step of the way because I can just place all of this in His hands and with His help (and Josh's) my finances will soon be in order.

So yeah...bottom line...the beauty of having my finances in order is I can start buying SB supplies again!! WOOOOO!!!! lol

until then....I will be putting on my boots throwing my ropes up to God and having him pull me out of this pit :-)

ok...so a song I'm ADDICTED to right now is Sway by Pussycat Dolls...I usually don't listen to their music but thanks to Michelle's playlist I heard it while visiting her blog and LOVE IT! lol just the girls voice is incredible!! and the song just rocks anyway!

soooo I miss Photoshop!!! AHHHH when I debugged my computer or whatever it erased it and I can't play on it anymore!!!!!!!!!! My life is over *sigh* and I already used up my 30 trial of PSE 5.0 so that's not an option. I have GOT to remember to grab it the next time I go home..which... speaking of...

HOME...not gonna be there for awhile :-\ Although I will be going with my friend to Pcola just an hour away from home on the 12th of October. Gotta do research for my evolution paper for Human Rights and what better place to do it than Creation Science Evanglism!! DUH!! lol

VOTE RON PAUL!!! He's running on the Republican ticket for President in the 2008 election and he is the ONLY candidate for small government!!! He's a Constitutionalist, meaning, if it's not in the Constitution it's ILLEGAL and shouldn't be a law!!!!

OMG!!!! So...in lieu of upcoming elections and what not I have been doing alot of research on candidates, issues, etc. First and foremost I am definitely not one of those political nerds LOL I never really cared too much for politics but I have just recently watched two documentaries that has definitely changed my mind!!!!

We have been taught that we are living in a free country--America...home of the FREE. But is it still free???? How much of our freedoms have been stolen from us for the sake of "security?" With the Patriot Act allowing the government to listen to our phone calls, search our home, search our computers in SECRECY and NOT TELLING us (hellooooooo what happened to our right to face our accused? or due process???) it's only getting worse!!!!! Too many Americans have lazily sat by (including myself) and allowed the government to come in and steal our God-given freedom and liberties all under the mask of "national security." I agree with Patrick Henry when he said "give me liberty of give me DEATH!" Our Founding Fathers risked their very lives for our freedom...and here we are rather be slaves and comfortable than FIGHT for our freedom!!!!

So...one of the videos is called "Freedom to Facism" and it's mainly shows how the income tax is NOT LEGAL!! Not one law can be found!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!?!??!?! I never knew this but they have talked to IRS officials, former commissioners, etc and not one time can they ever prove there is a law!!!!
It also talks about the National ID Card Act that is being pushed right now by our government and hopes to pass in May 2008!!! What is it??????? It's a card that's linked to our drivers license that without it you cannot fly on airplanes, go into federal buildings, OR hold a bank account!! Soon they're hoping to make it where you can't even PURCHASE WITHOUT THIS CARD!!!!!! Christians out there, does this sound familiar?!?!?!?!?!??!

Now whether you believe in the Bible or not as Americans WHYYYY would you want the government monitoring your every freaking move??? They'll have a record of everything you purchase, everywhere you go, all your bank records EVERYTHING!!! And with technology today all they have to do is delete your number for your card and you will have NOTHING!!! NOTHING!!!! home of the free??!?!?!?!??!?! yeah right!!! We will be SLAVES to our government. All the lives that have been sacrificed for our freedom will have been for NOTHING!!!
This isn't something that MIGHT happening...it's happening RIGHT NOW!! Right this moment legislatures in Washington are fighting for this and are hoping to pass this in MAY 2008!!!!!!!!

So the next video is called "Hacking Democracy" and it shows the flaws in the computerized technology that counts our votes and how EASY it is to HACK and CHANGE THE VOTES!!!!! Anyone who votes by computer in our country needs to check this video out and GET INVOLVED!!!! If you think your votes are safe, think again.

I know this is cliche but for lack of better words "don't take my word for it." RESEARCH all of this yourself!!! As Americans it is our DUTY and our RIGHT to stand up to the government!!! One of my favorite movies "V for Vendetta" said, "The people should not fear its government, the government should fear its people!" AMEN!!!

As American citizens I encourage you to watch these videos so you will be INFORMED of what our government is trying to hide from us. They're long, but worth it!!! It's time we stopped being idle and started forcing our government to listen to its people!!!

Let's see...what keeps me from creating....

Honestly I cannot scrap if I have had a horrible day...I feel like tearing up paper and throwing paint everywhere not necessarily create anything except destruction :-\ When my mind is cluttered and overwhelmed with thoughts I journal...just write everything down that comes to my mind. For some reason getting it on paper makes it feel like it's out of my head.

so yeah...that's the one thing that screws up my creative groove LOL Thank God for journaling..

yeah...so I don't feel like working on school work so YAYY for blogging!!! haha

hmmm...so what's been going on....well first of all I FINALLY scrapbooked for the first time yesterday since before I left for Germany...so what? about a month and a half??? *sigh* it felt great to say "screw school" and be a rebel and scrap hehehehe so yeah here's the LO I did:

oh so I also applied for a design team! WOOOO!! It's for Allyscraps so keep your fingers crossed!! I'd love to get it :-) I've never been on a design team before so this would be a first. I had to submit five LOs and a brief statement on why I'd be good for the dt. So yeah here are the LOs I submitted (I submitted the one above as one of them)

ah...so my first weekend I've actually be in Tally for over three months LOL

So nice to actually RELAX for a change!!!!!

Yesterday I just chilled, did a few things, and watched a movie by myself...and yes it was amazing :-)

Today???? Back to the MOUNDS of schoolwork I have to do...plus laundry *sigh*

Oh...and I miss Josh...like woah...and it's only been since Wednesday since I've seen him :-\ but I get to see him in t-minus 8 days!! lol not that i'm counting :-\ haha

so yeah....busy day for me...I miss scrapbooking :-( Haven't done it in well over a month and a half :-(

EEK! I miss my Amy too!!!!!!!!!! :-( I wanted to stop by her house a couple of days ago and I remembered she wasn't there :-( sad day...very sad day indeed.

stayed until Sunday

AH gees I just know that God is gonna do some AMAZING things while we're there and I can't WAIT to see what they are!!!!

haha ok so yesterday Doug, Jenna, and I got to hang out in Tally!!! So much fun! We went to Po' Boys which was YUMMY!!!!!!! and then Doug told us about this "secret garden" LOL just this little place that no one really knows about that we went to. sooooooo pretty!!! Had the coolest tree EVVERRRRR lol we just chilled there until the sunset, went to Brusters to get ice cream, and then Jenna and I worked on pics for Germany :-) ALot of fun and it was great being with them again!!!! I can't wait to go with them to GERMANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so...today was the funeral for Josh's grandmother. He sang at it and it was GORGEOUS as always...surprisingly I didn't cry.
Ah gees...it was so good seeing him again but my heart breaks for him because of all the stuff he's going through right now.
My love for him grows everday and I'll be honest it's frustrating because sometimes I'm confused of what kind of love it is.
All I know...when I left him today I felt like a part of me is missing.
But on a brighter note...got some new pics of us today!!!! Definitly will post once I get back in Tally!!!

1) Happy---because I got HAPPY MAIL today!! wooooooo thanks Michelle for the cute little flowers and tin!!!

2) Sad---my good friend Josh's grandmother died on Monday so he's dealing with all of that. More than anything I want to be there with him but I can't :-(

3) Mad---stupid people in this world GEES!!! why can't we all get along??? Josh's family (exluding his grandpa) wants nothing to do with him including his [ex]pastor (LONG story) and more than anything he needs his family during this time!!! GRRRRR!!!!

4) Excited--I'm going home this weekend AND I get to see Josh!!! yayyyy! ooo also Germany is coming up soon! WOOOOOOOO!!!!!

5) Frustrated---because I can't figure out what I want to eat and I'm HUNGRY!!!! lol

Life Changing

So this morning Jonny Diaz (go check him out! he's on myspace!!) sang in worship at church...I started crying during a song that he sang because it TOTALLY speaks to my heart. Basically he wrote this song about me...for the past couple of days God is showing me how messed up in the head I really am. Mainly when it comes to the woman God plans and desires for me to be. Within a few hours alone I have been stripped of my walls, my identity, my excuses, my pride...just reduced to a weak and vulnerable girl. But now I CLING to my God...run to Him when I need to feel safe and secure. For so long I have longed and desired my "prince charming" to come along....yet I realized last night that God is my prince charming that I have been seeking this entire time. Now I am learning to FALL IN LOVE WITH JESUS...make HIM number one lover of my life....because ultimately...that's all I need.

So yeah...it's been foreve r since I've updated this blog and omg the things that have happened since then!

So first of all this past week was spring break and I am SO not ready to come back to school!!!! Today everyone was like "ugh" LOL I spent the majority of my spring break visiting friends in Texas and I had SOOOOOOOOO much fun!!! I mainly went to go visit my very good friend, Tim...but more about him later...

I turned 21 on saturday!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! hahahahaha I had technically celebrated all week in TX *wink* but the actual day of my bday my family and I went out on the boat and docked at a restaurant and ate. Naturally I had my 1st *legal* alcoholic drink and here are the pics to document this momentus occcasion:

Ok...so now about Tim. A brief background: we dated back in 9th grade (haha yeah can't really count that now LOL) and he was definitly my first love. Between then and now (a total span of 7 years) we have been through every range of emotions from loving each other to down right hating each other...but for the past couple of years we have been really good friends. He knows me better than God (ha not really but definitly a close 2nd!!) and who I am today is mainly credited to him. He has taught me so much and has helped me grow immensley. He always has his ways of just knowing things LOL and although it has definitly pissed me off because he is NEVER wrong I have just come to accept it and be grateful for it. Everytime I have screwed up in my life he has been there to help pick of the pieces and put me back together.
---->Oh yeah...FYI he's in TX now while I'm here in FL<---

So this past summer we were talking alot and I was definitly falling for him again and I sensed he was too, but he said he can't handle the distance so that was that. Feelings pushed aside..move on with life.
Well during spring break I was with him ALL the time....and things definitly changed between us. He knew it and so did I but when I came home on Friday we refused to talk about it LOL kinda like the big elephant in the room when we talked :-\ my heart was aching for him as soon as I got home to Florida. I missed waking up in the morning and him being there...and I missed just being with him in general. We're so comfortable with each other and we just UNDERSTAND one another.
So finally on Saturday night i couldn't stand it anymore and I asked him what was going on between us...surprisingly he opened up and was honest with me about everything! He has NEVER been this open with me before....always the type of person where he guards his heart and doesn't really show people how he really feels. I felt like it was a huge breakthrough with him....I knew that he always trusted me but now he really showed it.
It's really complicated between us...it's hard to explain because alot of it is something only he and I will ever be able to understand. We're not together but just seeing where this goes. He is torn about this and so am I. I'll be graduating this December and you better believe I'll move to be close to him. I'm wanting to move anyway...it's all a matter of geography after that.
So bottom line: I'm rapidly falling in love with him all over again. I have honestly lost the desire to be with any guy and for me that is a HUGE deal lol...i'm normally the type to "keep my options open" if you know what I mean.
For the past few nights we've talked on the phone until 3am....just being silent on the phone with him is fine because I can tell we both cling to the fact that we are there via cell phone. I miss him so much...my heart longs to be with him. It feels so right for us to be together...we don't know exactly why it just does.
I guess we'll see where this goes. It may be complicated but one thing I am sure of: He's worth waiting for

CHA Spirit Day!

So today was CHA Spirit Day at the Pub on 2peas!! It was INSANE!!!!!!! LOL I felt like there was a challenge every second to do!! LOL Not only did I do as many challenges as I could, I challenged myself even more to do ALL digital layouts. Well, I got 7 LOs done tonight!!! :-) I was quite proud of myself...it covered 10 challenges! Unfortunately [so far] I haven't won any :-( but that's ok! the whole point was to SCRAP! and that's what I did :-D Yeah and I justified doing this instead of school work by saying i was "building my portfolio" LOL which i really was!!!!!!! but still I should have done school work :-(

oh well :-D LOL here are the LOs I did today!!!!!

Overall it was a GREAT day! and I think very productive!! :-)

Haha so yeah this is a hard one, but SO good for me to do!!!!! So here we go:

10 things i've recently done RIGHT

1) all things Richard--LOL meaning encouraging him, being there for him, being patient and understanding with us being so far apart, telling him how much he means to me, etc
2) cleaned up my SB space :-)
3) Read the majority of my required reading for school (getting ANY done for the holidays was good enough LOL)
4) Went to Church on Sunday and tithed :-)
5) Helped a stranger jump off their car and didn't accept anything in return
6) Made sure to give my good friend my parking spot on campus when I left (trust me that's a HUGE deal because parking is a NIGHTMARE on campus LOL)
7) Made/making the bookmarks for all the girls at the women's retreat coming up this weekend (still have a little more work to do!)
8) said hello to my secret target every day since Sunday for our Secret Cupid swap on 2peas :-)
9) finished writing in all of my syllabuses (or is it syllabi? LOL) in my planner for school this semester.....basically I finally got organized LOL

ahhh one more!!!

10) been to ALL of my classes so far ON TIME!!!!!! LOL ok lame I know, but still!! This was kinda hard!!

So yeah...I talked to Richard tonight and now I'm scared to death. We talked about how this week is gonna be the true test to see if we can work a relationship out between us. The reason is because it's gonna be the 1st week where BOTH of us will be back to our regular schedules - him working and me going to school with my insane work load. We're both hoping we can do this, and we think we can...but this is the test.
I'm so scared....what if he changes his mind?!?!?!??!?!?! I mean I couldn't blame him...I could kind of tell that the wounds from his last relationship aren't fully healed yet. Ah gees....this part of the relationship is always bittersweet...it's exciting because of the new emotions and everything being new, but annoying at the same time because you're not sure of what the other person is thinking or how they react to things like you do when you've been with them for a long time.
AHHHHH

ah much better....I just need to get through this week...one day at a time...

Yeah the journaling reads: I am writing this at the beginning of what I am hoping to be will be a wonderful relationship. I know that there are some people who probably think we're crazy to begin our relationship on opposite sides of the country and eventually the world. Yes it will be hard, and yes there will be moments that we will not want to deal with the other, but I know that we can do this. When you go off to Iraq I know that my heart will ache for your return constantly, but I know this is something you have to do...I miss you so much already and I can't wait to be in your arms. Neither one of us knows what the future may bring, but I am excited to see what happens. I am so lucky to have you in my life, and it feels so good to know that you feel the same way. First Political Blog

So normally I don't blog about the political issues that are going on in our country, but I have to get this out of my system.
I just got done watching 60 minutes where they were doing an interview with President Bush because of his latest plan that's going to send 21000 more troops to Iraq. Now this effects my personally because Richard's unit is now on standby. He was just told that on Thursday so now they have a mandatory meeting 1st thing Tuesday morning. We have no idea what that meeting is going to inform him about....I'm hoping they're going to say when he's going over. Since he's on standby he can go anytime this year--it could be next month or December...we don't know and it's killing me not knowing.
Ok, so back to this interview with Bush. I have always been supportive of Bush, but lately I'm realizing that it's so hard for me to form a solid black or white opinion about the war. For me, I understand that we cannot just get out of Iraq now without it falling apart and going back to the terrorist regime. I do agree with Bush that it WILL effect America if Iraq goes back to terrorism (uh...duh 9/11 is a great example how). We're in it now, so we're kinda stuck.
Now the twist in this is the fact that I'm now in a position where I'm having someone who I care about deeply going over there in harms way....so I have to keep myself from becoming insanely biased and also selfish in the fact that I'm so scared of losing him.
No, I don't want him to go over there. Who would?!?!?!?!? It's gonna be so hard when he leaves. I'm gonna be broke between sending him stuff and buying SB supplies to cheer me up LOL
Ok back to my political soap box---so basically I have no solid either/or opinion about the war. I don't think it's possible to back up one way or the other with solid evidence or reasoning. Yes, I want our troops to come home, but people do have to realize that if they go back to terrorist regime then America is in danger.

Spring Semester

Ok...so this semester has begun :-) and I'm taking SIX classes!!! eek!!! 18 hours here I come!!! LOL I think I'm on a suicide mission!!!!! hahahaha but it's all good :-) I know I can do this and to be honest I think I work better under pressure anyway. It's gonna be all about TIME MANAGEMENT!!!!!!! I must confess that it was a factor in wondering if Richard and I could have a relationship, but as long as I completely commit myself to school work during the day, by the time he gets off work (he'll be 3 hours behind me, so it'll be like 9pm for me) I can talk to him and not feel guilty about it :-) theoretically at least... LOL I just know I can't get the slightest bit behind or i'm SCREWED!!!!!
These classes are all in my major and 3000 and 4000 level classes (the highest for undergrad is 4000), but they are incredible classes and I'm excited to be taking them :-) Two of them are performance classes which, in a way, are like acting classes but with a twist. I'm greatly looking forward to learning in these two classes because I have performed as a muscian NUMEROUS times and in every way possible LOL but never sole acting...musical theater is the closest but music adds alot LOL
So yeah...I'm taking Persuasion, Gender Communication, Performance Studies, Multicultural Film (for my minor), Nonverbal, and Performance of Contemporary Literature
and yes I bought my books today so no more guilt-free lounging or scrapbooking for me *sigh* I'm REALLY wanting to make all As this semester so it'll definitly be tough and I'll probably want to bang my head against the wall on occasion LOL but I can do this :-)

WHAM BAM!!

Yeah, so it's amazing how life throws things at you sometimes....lately I've been just softening to the idea of a relatioship again, but definitly not actively seeking. My parents always said that it will come when I least expect it...well it did! LOL Right now I'm basically in a relationship with one of my friends from back in TX...he's a Marine :-) He's such a sweetheart and I can't believe that someone so amazing like him would care about me so much! He loves everything I do from scrapbooking to being the complete insane person that I am LOL
It's just amazing...so unexpected...hit me so hard too! LOL It's amazing how he completely erases all other guys from my thoughts...I have no desire to be with any other guy which for me is a HUGE deal because although I've had my guys to choose from (not to sound arrogant at all...but I had alot of options) none of them appealed to me like he does. He tugs at my heartstrings and always makes me smile, laugh, and feel great about myself :-)
Although he's stationed in California, I know that we can make this work...it's gonna be hard, and we he's deployed to Iraq in February 2008 Walmart is gonna run out of tissues...but I know that he's worth this huge risk. 52 more days and counting until I see him!!! I'm flying to California to spend all of Spring break with him and i'm SO excited!!!!!
I can't wait to see what happens between us. I know that I could easily fall in love with him....yes it's scary as hell seeing my emotions being blown out of whack because of him. I'm normally very in control of them and now I find myself longing for him so much it hurts...having this big goofy grin on my face when I think about it...blush when people tease me about how happy I am :-) LOL
So yeah....definitly try and keep this updated about me and him :-) I know I've mentioned guys on here before, but I think this time it's the real deal :-) My parents support me and he treats me like his most priceless treasure :-)

Ok so today I gave me persuasive speech. WHEW!! i am sooo glad that's over and done with!!! I came home and CRASHED!! I was soo tired of staying up really late the past 2 nights and then getting up really early to either practice or work on my speech. The class/audience seemed to really enjoy it :-) And I talked to my TA afterwards and she said I did a really good job!!! YAY!!!!!

Oh yeah...I got my argumentation exam back yesterday and I got a 45 our of 50!!!!!!! AN A!!!! I was sooooooo HAPPY!!! :-) Hopefully I'll be able to get an A in the class! :-)

alright so today was interesting because Josh and I talked for a little while---about the potential of having a relationship. Granted it would NOT be right now...but I did find out that he does see me as a potential gf....SCARY!!! I really didn't know what to think. Halloween will be a year since my fiance and I broke up and I'm JUST NOW starting to soften up to the mere IDEA of a relationship! I am very fond of Josh and we're great friends. It seems like we feel the same way: it's a possibility but we're enjoying being single right now. So we'll see how that goes!!!!!!! Yeah here's a pic of me and him that i'm in LOVE with!!!

Ok so I've been told by great friend, amy, that I need to blog. I do admit I have been slacking lately :-\ SOOOO off we go:

***had a run-in with my local scrapbook store (wrote a huge thread about it on 2peas and it had 14000 views in 3 days...yeah...) so therefore I will never step foot in that place again. In Amy's words "I will shoot myself with paint and ink before I EVER step place in there again" ah yes...i do love her very much
***Josh, Mat, and Josh's friend Charity surprised me this weekend by coming on Friday instead of Saturday for the game. We had a BLAST!!! I haven't that much in about 2 months...we won't go into details on what happened {{{wink}}} hehehehe
***Although my Noles lost yesterday to Boston College it was still one of the best games I've seen in a long time. I still <3>
***School's going well...I have a persuasive speech coming up soon that I need to prepare for...but I wanna scrap....hmm...this could be potentially problematic...
***I'm applying for my first Design Team EVER - KMA design team. WISH ME LUCK!! i really really REALLY want to make it mainly because it would be AWESOME to have free\discount scrap stuff, but also because it would just be SO much fun!!! and a great resume booster
***speaking of resume, I found out I can graduate in December '07!! EEK!!! soo soon...am I ready for the "real" world??? So basically i'm researching jobs dealing with scrapbooking and also customer service...I like to know my options :-)

So bottom line, life's goin great :-) Just loving being young and in college!!! WOO HOO!!!! I'll try and keep this more up-to-date from now on :-p

So today I got the Creating Keepsakes Hall of Fame 2006 issue. I am IN LOVE!!!! It's absolutley AMAZING! My brain is on creative overload though LOL these ladies are just SO talented!!!
My favorite is definitly Brittany Laakkonen. She totally inspires me I think because alot of her pics are portraits which are my FAVORITE to do!!! Also she's freakin 16 years old!!! I've always thought I'm not that good because of my age, but now I definitly think differently!!!!
Anyway...after seeing all of this talent in one place I got inspired to do an "artistic" portrait photo of myself using Photoshop. I was quite pleased with it :-) can't wait to get some ink for my printer so I can print it out and do a LO with it!!!!!
Well...other than that I spent $50 on SB supplies online today LOL so I'm EXCITED when they come in!!!!!!!!! :-)

Dinner and a Show

So tonight my roommates and I had our first sit-down dinner together LOL finally after a month of being here!!!! I love my roomies to death!! We had sooo much fun!!! Of course I had to take pics :-D LOL While eating dinner we watched the season premier of Law and Order: SVU that Tracie had taped last night because we're HUGE fans of it!!!!!!! I had alot of fun and it was good to spend time with my awesome roomies considering we're all SO busy!!! Here are the pics:

Clemson vs. FSU

Well this weekend was the Clemson vs. FSU football game...otherwise known as the Bowden Bowl because FSU's head coach, BOBBY BOWDEN (the best coach evvveerrrr) has a son who is the coach at Clemson. So this is a pretty big game soley for that reason. This was also my 1st home game of the season so I was SOOO excited!!! I'm not gonna lie...my Noles rock my socks :-) Going to football games is just another reason why i LOVE this school!!!! FSU is just awesome. The game was going pretty bad until the 2nd half, then it got REALLY good!!!!! Unfortunatley not good enough :-( we lost in the last 8 SECONDS of the game!!!!!! Our 1st loss of the season *tear*
but other than that I had a great time. I had 5th row seats in the student section, but me and my friend, Bethany, were able to end up on the SECOND ROW!!!!!!! AWESOME!!!!!! My entire family was at the game along with 2 of my friends (sitting in other places though) so it was good to see all of them...but they called me and said that I was on the "fan cam" during the game LOL which means I was on the big screen at the game yelling my butt off for my Noles!!!!!! :-) LOL so that was fun!
Although we lost, it was good seeing my friends and watching my Noles!!!! Here are some pics:

September Exhausts Challenge, SB buys, and other random things

OK, so on 2Peas I've joined the "exhaust your stash" challenge. In this we don't buy scrapping supplies for all of september (or technically you can, but layouts used with the new stuff doesn't count...but the point is to use what you already have!!!). Hopefully this will get me motivated to do my LOs ESPECIALLY start on my Germany scrapbook!!!! SOOO many pictures to get done!!!!! whoever makes the most LOs gets a prize at the end of the month! My friend, Amy, won for August and I'm SO jealous of everything she got!!! :-p LOL so hopefully I can beat her this month!! HA HA....(love you girl!!!!)
But bottom line: I've been stuck in a rut for the past few months on being creative so hopefully this will be good motivation!!!!!!!!!!!

On another note, I've subscribed to the Jenni Bowlin monthly kit! So hopefully I'll be getting that soon!!!! It looks SOOOOOOOOOOO cute!!!! I also bought a cute tote bag that says "Croppin Angels" and it's got 3 girls on it posed as Charlie's Angels but with scissors, glue, and paper (or something like that LOL). It's SOOO cute and I can't WAIT to get it next week!!!! I'll post pics up when I get it! YAYNESS!!!

So last week FSU beat MIAMI!!! YEAHHHH!!! It was SOO much fun! I wasn't at the game because it was in Miami but being with fellow students and fans was just as fun! After we won there was a huge group that all went out to the parking lot and we were screaming, cheering, singing the fight song, doing the war chant...

I heart FSU alot

we also beat Troy State today! YAY! So far we're undefeated!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fairy Tales?? I don't think so

Ok so a few weeks ago I talked about how I thought I was falling in love with my best friend...well that has changed. I have a new guy in my life (and he DOESN'T live 600 miles away thank God!) I met him at work. It's one of those things where from the beginning we hit it off GREAT. He makes me laugh and we have SO much fun together. It just feels right, ya know? Also he treats me like a QUEEN! I have NEVER been treated as well as he treats me. There isn't a minute that goes by when we're together or even talking on the phone that he doesn't compliment me in some way...and he ALWAYS tells me how gorgeous I am even after I've worked for 16 hours and am looking like I have been run over by a truck :-\ LOL
So it sounds like life's goin great, right??? Well...WRONG. Although we are SO happy together and I finally feel like I've found someone who I could see myself falling in love with, it naturally is not that easy. He met my parents a couple of weeks ago and even though they said they were REALLY impressed with him there was just one problem......he's mixed-black and white.
Now first and foremost, my parents are not racist. It's one of those things like "we're happy for you, just not for my daughter." Yes I knew he was mixed, and although I am NOT attracted to black men, he looks white...and on top of that he treats me AMAZINGLY well.
So basically although my parents and I have no had a HUGE fight about it they know I disagree with them. I've been in a relationship before where I did not have my parents blessings AT ALL and believe me I don't wanna go through that again. So this time we've just talked it out which is a nice change. It's good to sit down with my parents and have an "adult" conversation with them. My dad has told me that he is struggling with this alot....but still they have a HUGE problem with letting me date him.
Yes, Lee and I are very serious and we're basically bf and gf now. To make things easier on my parents I've told them that we're just friends but they know that we like each other alot. It's just really hard because I don't want to go behind my parents back but I can't help but disagree with them. How is it that I have been raised by them but on so many things I disagree with them on? I feel horrible because it's not like I'm doing it on purpose just for the sake of rebelling.

I just want my fairy tale ending, but it's discouraging because although I feel like I have found my Prince Charming, without my parent's blessings it just won't feel like a fairy tale.

OMG!!! I just got in the mail my first SSS gift!!!!!! For those of you who don't know I'm in this AWESOME 20s, no kids, scrapbooking group on 2Peas called Sassy Secret Sisters. We each have a secret sister and for the 1st gift it's supposed to be between $5-10 :-) Well I just got mine in the mail and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!! OMG she did SO well! It's just my style and i LOVE the mini-book!! I was looking at buying one just yesterday and I'm glad I didn't!!!! THANKS SSS!!!!!

Scrapper's Block? or in love?

So lately I haven't been scrapbooking...or making cards...or doing anything creative whatsoever. And on top of that I haven't had a sudden urge to do so. I mean I want to, but then I don't want to. Lately I've just been in a reflective mood. I guess it is partly due to the fact I'm going through withdrawals because I haven't really talked to my best friend in 3 days. I'm working 12-13 hours during the day and he's working graveyards for 2 weeks. So by the time I'm getting off work, he's going to work. I miss him beyond all reason. Which brings me to the next part of the title. Am I falling in love with him all over again???? I realize that I'm the happiest when things are going really well between us (not that it ever isn't). I love talking to him. I LOVE the fact that he knows me better than God (ok so not really, but he comes in a close 2nd :-D ) It got so bad yesterday I wrote him a letter in my journal. All the things that I've wanted to tell him but just haven't. I know that he has feelings for me...and I have feelings for him...but we never talk about it. It's like I can't. It's like once we start talking about it we're taking that step to the next level and I think both of us are slightly scared about it.

So bottom line: missing him definitly messes up my creative groove

First of all I have to say TGIF!! THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY!!!!! LOL I work from 5-9 tonight but then I'm off tomorrow because of my great-grandmother's 86th (?) birthday party. I can't wait to see my mom's side of the family all together because I haven't seen alot of them in FOREVER! My 2 favorite cousins, hopefully, will be there. We're all in college so it's very rare that we ever see each other except for Christmas :-(
I have a feeling tomorrow will definitly be one of those reminders of how God has truly blessed me with an AMAZING family. More details to come! I can't wait!!!!

Ok so this post is just a little bit about me =) The reason i started this blog is because I want it to help me with my journaling skills for scrapbooking =) Just a place where I can put all my random thoughts in one place.

So a little bit about me: I'M ADDICTED TO SCRAPBOOKING!!!!!! It's definitly to the point where I can't go in a scrapbook store and spend less than $20 :-\ I'm also a junior in college majoring in Communication Studies and minoring in journalism with an emphasis in magazines. My dream is to one day be able to work for Creating Keepsakes Magazine or another scrapbooking magazine.

I love to smile and laugh and just have a great time. Singing is another one of my passions. I'm in an 8 person vocal ensemble through my college and just this summer we went on a mission trip to Germany! It was INCREDIBLE!!! There are NO words to describe it!!!!! I can't wait to go back next year!

God has truly blessed me with an awesome family and friends who have encouraged me, challenged me, and taught me SO many things!!!
